Netflix’s The Babysitter: Killer Queen, a 2020 American black comedy horror film based on a script he co-wrote with Dan Lagana, Brad Morris, and Jimmy Warden. Judah Lewis, Emily Alyn Lind, Jenna Ortega, Robbie Amell, Andrew Bachelor, Leslie Bibb, Hana Mae Lee, Bella Thorne, Samara Weaving, and Ken Marino star in the sequel to the 2017 film The Babysitter. The film picks up two years after the events of the first film, as Cole Johnson must once again battle for his life after a secret is revealed, as he is pursued by both old and new demonic adversaries.

The Babysitter: Killer Queen – Ending Explanation

Cole and Phoebe make their way to Phoebe’s old family cabin, where they seek safety and try to survive the night. Phoebe tells Cole in the cabin bunker that her parents died in a horrific vehicle accident because she crashed into them. Cole consoles her, and the two engage in sexual activity.

Melanie phones Cole’s father Archie, who has been looking for him together with Melanie’s father Juan, and pretends to be intoxicated so that he may pick them up. Cole and Phoebe emerge from the bunker armed with crossbows, but John is killed by a chandelier that falls on him.

Melanie kills Juan with a machete and grabs Phoebe while Archie gives Cole a sleeping pill so he can drive him to his car.Cole regains consciousness while stopping for petrol, locks Archie out of the car, and goes back to the lake to save Phoebe.

Melanie takes Phoebe hostage in a cove before Cole arrives and volunteers to be sacrificed. Bee rises from the water, revealing herself to be Phoebe’s babysitter and the cause of her parents’ deaths in a car accident. In exchange for her soul, she made a deal with the devil to save Phoebe’s life.

     

Sonya, Allison, Max, and John are resurrected, and the four drink Cole’s blood mixed with Boom-blood, Boom’s along with Melanie. The ritual backfires when Cole has sex with Phoebe, and the five melt and dissolve.

Bee, who did not swallow the blood, explains that she organised everything in order for Phoebe and Cole to unite and beat the cult, after having a change of heart following Cole’s love confession following her initial defeat.

Because Bee is still a demon, she consumes the blood and disintegrates in order to save the two. After witnessing Bee’s death, Archie arrives and believes what Cole claimed was genuine. Cole and Phoebe engage in a kiss as the sun rises, while Archie watches.
