Unexpectedly, Young-Min has the ability to possess Seung-Tak. He takes advantage of this and tests the procedure on himself first. After that, he and Seung-Tak reach an understanding, and he keeps treating the emergency patients that arrive at the hospital in an effort to save their lives. Young-Min eventually comes out of his coma and resumes his regular life.

The incident led to the two doctors’ connection:

Cha Young-Min initially refused to perform the surgery on Chairman Jang Kwang-Deok, but after being pleaded with repeatedly, he agreed to do so and finished the procedure successfully. He received an urgent SMS from his ex, Jang Se-Jin, who is also the chairman’s daughter, as he waited for the Chairman to awaken. He walked away from his patient, but as the chairman headed toward the hospital, he ran into trouble. He was involved in an accident on the way, which rendered him unconscious and ultimately transformed him into a spirit. He traveled till he discovered he could possess Go Seung-Tak and made use of this.

Seung-Tak was possessed by Cha Young-Min anytime he needed to do surgery on a patient without getting his consent. Seung-Tak became enraged and requested a break. Since he was a young child, when he and his father were involved in a boating accident, Seung-Tak has had the ability to see ghosts and communicate with them. Seung-Tak was profoundly affected by this accident, which also left him without a father and with the capacity to communicate with spirits. Seung-Tak began working in the hospital after his mother, who served as the hospital’s director, and grandfather, who served as the institution’s chairman, demanded that he complete his internship there. After being prompted, he eventually acknowledged being able to view Young-Min while at work. He then made an agreement with Young-Min to do surgery on the patients for whom he had been guaranteed a safe procedure in addition to the emergency patients.

Seung-Tak and Young-Min both concentrated on the patients, but they soon realized there was a broader play going on. They learned that Young-mishap Min’s was actually an attempt to thwart his plan to assassinate the Chairman rather than an accident. Although the Chairman’s surgery was successful, those responsible for the deception gave him medications that caused him to remain in a coma. They also did not want Young-Min to awaken for fear that he would ruin everything. Both Young-Min and Seung-Tak make an effort to search thoroughly for information and leave no stone unturned in their pursuit of the criminals.

Dr. Ahn, Seung-Won, the assistant director, and Min-ho, the Chairman’s son, are found to have been involved. Young-Min and Seung-Tak set out to substantiate every piece of evidence so they could report the offenders to the police.
