Moon Knight is a forthcoming American television miniseries based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, produced by Jeremy Slater for the streaming service Disney+. In Marvel Cinematic Universe, this will is be the sixth television series in Marvel Studios’, sharing progression with the franchise’s films. Slater is the show’s main writer, while Mohamed Diab is the Moon Knight’s director.
With Ethan Hawke and May Calamawy, Oscar Isaac plays Marc Spector / Moon Knight, a mercenary with dissociative identity disorder. The series was announced in August 2019, and Slater was recruited in November.
Diab was hired to helm four episodes of the Moon Knight series in October 2020, with directorial team Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead joining the project in January 2021 to film the remaining two; Isaac was confirmed to appear at the time, and he used several accents to distinguish Spector’s numerous personas.
Filming took place from April to October 2021, largely in Budapest, but also in Jordan and Atlanta, Georgia. Four episodes are said to be directed by Mohamed Diab, with the remaining two handled by directing colleagues Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead.
Release Date of Moon Knight
Moon Knight is set to begin on March 30, 2022, and will last six episodes before completing on May 4, 2022. In MCU’s Phase Four it will be included. Though On January 17, the first trailer for Moon Knight was released, giving us our best look yet at the programme.
During the Rams-Cardinals Wild Card game, the official trailer for Moon Knight was shown.
In the next days, six episodes of Moon Knight will be released:
Episode 1 is on March 30th
Episode 2 is on April 6th
Episode 3 is on April 13th
Episode 4 is on April 20th
Episode 5 is on April 27th, and
Episode 6 is on May 4th.
The Marvel Studios president also stated that these Moon Knight episodes will be 40-50 minutes, which is consistent with other Marvel Disney+ programmes. In the meanwhile, Moon Knight has gotten a TV-14 classification in the United States, indicating that the series would feature violence, potentially harsh language, and sex themes.

What is the Storyline of Moon Knight?

Moon Knight is a minor character. He’s one of Marvel’s most heinously brutal heroes. He works as the Punisher, a ruthless mercenary, and for novice users, Moon Knight has decades of comic book history to draw on.
A former US Marine suffering from dissociative identity disorder is granted the abilities of an Egyptian moon deity. But he soon discovers that his newfound abilities may be both a blessing and a burden in his turbulent existence.
Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, is troubled by blackouts and flashbacks to another life in the series. Steven realises he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/foes Marc’s move in on them, they must manage their conflicting identities while being drawn into a perilous mystery involving Egypt’s great gods.
The Moon Knight series will be jam-packed with intrigue, shocking discoveries, action, and drama. No matter where the tale goes, each episode will get more mysterious, piling one character on top of the other.

As if we needed any more confirmation that the MCU’s Disney Plus series are equally as huge as the movies, Marvel has cast Oscar Isaac as the protagonist in Moon Knight: the star of the newest Star Wars trilogy and Denis Villeneuve’s Dune. Moon Knight, Grant, Spector, and Mr. Knight will all be played by Isaac.
