Heo Joon Jae is a smooth-talking scam artist with magician-like talents in the current day. He collaborates with Tae Oh and Jo Nam Doo. For their next score, Joon Jae impersonates a prosecutor and defrauds a wealthy suspect’s mother of a substantial amount of money. Joon Jae subsequently departs to Spain, where he stays in an oceanfront resort. However, Shim Chung is a mermaid who is washed ashore near the oceanside resort after being trapped in a tidal wave.
